Cellular and Molecular Biology Training Program

To be eligible for the C&MB Training Program, you must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and be enrolled in, or entering into, one of the following departmental or interdepartmental graduate programs at UCLA:

• Biochemistry, Molecular and Structural Biology             

• Molecular Biology Interdepartmental Graduate Programs in Bioscience Home Areas
•       Biochemistry, Biophysics, & Structural Biology
•       Cell & Developmental Biology
•       Gene Regulation
•       Immunity, Microbes & Molecular Pathogenesis         

• Students from the Chemistry and Nueuroscience graduate programs may be eligible if molecular and cellular biology is central to their thesis work and if their laboratory environment is appropriate.

Application materials and submission deadlines are sent each year to the administrative offices of these graduate programs for distribution to their Ph.D. students.  Applications may also be requested from the C&MB program office:  CMBTraining@chem.ucla.edu.
